In decentralized protocols, your "account" is essentially a non-custodial on-chain address, which means:
1️⃣ Full control over assets
Assets remain on the blockchain, not on our servers.
2️⃣ Immutable on-chain data
All transactions are permanently recorded on public ledgers (e.g., Ethereum/Arbitrum).
3️⃣ Zero identity retention
We do NOT store personal data, KYC details, or device fingerprints.
Therefore, we cannot "delete" your account.
For full autonomy, we recommend:
✅ Transfer assets to a new wallet address.
✅ Cease trading activity with the current address.
✅ Delete local wallet files/mnemonic phrases (after confirming asset transfers!).
